Privacy Preserving
Fisher's Exact in GENOMIC DATA

This is a publication supported as a grant from NSF REU in the 2018. In a summer's time I worked closely with Dr. Tingting Chen and Steve Jankly from Cal Poly Pomona to design, implement, and experiment in creating a privacy preserving fisher's exact algorithm. This research resulted in publication with IEEE Big Data. Written using LateX.

Computer-BASED PTSD Assessment in VR Therapy

This is a publication supported as a grant from NSF REU in the 2020. In 2019, I worked closely with Leili Tavabi and Dr. Mohammad Soleymani on a multimodal PTSD classifier, using clinical data to validate prediction accuracy.
